4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping is offered across all of India.

  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is shipped.

5. Exchange Policy

  • Products are eligible for exchange within 4 days of receiving the order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are not accepted for customized, personalized, or sale items.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges (unless due to damage or error) must be borne by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • We currently do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available as per our Exchange Policy.

  • If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with supporting photos.
