Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately at griffinshop21@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

  • 4 Days refunds once the order has been placed and dispatched.

  • Refunds are only applicable for incorrect order.

Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products.

  • To be eligible for an exchange:

    • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
