At griffinshop , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy under the following terms:

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 4 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and protective films intact.

  • Shipping: Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Personalized, customized, or sale items are not eligible for exchange.
